this will give you a rough idea of what we're doing this weekend in case you're local and want to pop in & out, or show up in time for a certain thing. if you are visiting from out of town, you can plan to be subjected to the below schedule in its entirety ;)
thursday july 3rd
8am - 10am: chicken therapy & coffee/breakfast
10am - 12pm: walk the neighborhood and get supplies
12pm - 1pm: lunch back at the grove
1pm - 3pm: tree climbing with g
2pm - 4pm: clay fun with aliza
3pm - 4pm: painting project
4pm - 6pm: game tourneys
euchre
jenga
cornhole
6pm - 8pm: dinner
8pm onwards: campfire, fishbowl, smores etc!
friday july 4th
8am - 10am: chicken therapy & coffee/breakfast
10am - 12pm: woodworking & crafts
construct a bat box with g
clay crafts with aliza
12pm - 1pm: lunch
12pm - 3pm: tree climbing with g
1pm - 5pm: game tourneys
bullseye balloons: 1pm - 4pm
bags bracket: 1pm - 4pm
[everybody team activity] capture the flag: 4pm - 5pm
5pm - 7pm: bbq
6pm: madeira tasting (for the revolution) and announcing the tourney winners
7pm - 9pm: concert!
9pm onwards: campfire, fireworks, jam sesh, fun
saturday july 5th
7am - 8am: chicken therapy & coffee/breakfast
8am: leave for the hike
~1pm: finish the hike and head back
~2pm on: nap or go to a local brewery
evening: if it works, we'll watch a movie on the projector
sunday july 6th
pretty much we'll be hanging around at home all day saying goodbye to friends!
